Pearls of Great Price....the virtues of Living in the Divine Will.
Our free will is the guiding Map that takes us through our life; and it's hard to find our way home when we only have part of it working.
By sin, the Human will leads us away from finding our way home, so we need the other part..... the Divine Will that guides us straight back home to God.
When we fuse both parts together as God originally intended......then the way is very clear, both temporally and spiritually, how to go back home where we originally came from........God !

So let’s take the analogy of us being His disabled children, and let’s say we desire to run and win the 26 mile marathon of our lives, but we’re disabled because we only have part of our 2 wills - the "how and where to run" map is missing. How will we do this?
Jesus said that we only have to desire it and He will do all the work. So He runs the 26 mile marathon of our lives complete with His Human will AND His Divine Will,... fights the good fight, ....runs the good race.... and attains the prize.
But instead of going up to the podium Himself, He lifts us up and gives us the medal........... Jesus says: “A soul has but to desire it and all is done. My Will assumes all the work, gives the soul what she lacks, and makes her expand into all the limitless boundaries of my Will.”
(Vol. 12. February 16, 1921)
With BOTH parts of the will God the Father gave us fused together, the Human and the Divine.........we too can go up onto the podium and take the prize of Eternal Life in the Kingdom of God.
Throughout the ages, after Adam sinned, mankind has been struggling greatly, by only living with ONE part of the 2 wills that God the Father gave us when he created Adam, that of the Human will.
Is it any wonder that being so disabled, that is: not having the the Divine Will part to guide us, we have fallen into sin, damaged Creation and moved so far away from God our loving Father? Even nature has been disabled. Animals are wild, Weather is destructive...and so with all the rest.
Our GPS Map to guide us through life and return home to God isn't working properly.........it's broken and has to struggle through life partially disabled.

HOWEVER: The Ribbon of Grace can be broken by sin.
Because Jesus and His Divine Will can have nothing to do with sin, the Ribbon of Grace is broken if we sin.
This is our doing not God's.
But Jesus in His infinite Mercy still firmly holds the ends of the Ribbon of Grace that is His Gift of the Divine Will and eagerly wants us to repent and ask for the Gift back again.
After all ......... He died for us and doesn't want to lose us.
So if we repent (we need the Sacrament of Reconciliation for Mortal Sin) and ask Him for the Gift again....He WILL give it back to us immediately.
The Pearl of Living in the Divine Will is like a Ribbon of Grace with which Jesus binds us to Himself. Grace flows from Jesus to us and by our "fiat" we send our thanksgiving and PERFECT, INFINITE and ETERNAL love back to Him.
This giving and receiving is eternal and is called a "ROUND", because Jesus' love and ours, go round and round between us.....for all Eternity once they are given.
Luisa tells us there are 3 types of "Rounds".
1) The Rounds of Creation where God gives us Creation to use and enjoy...and we send our thanks and love back to Him.
2) The Rounds of Redemption where Jesus gives us His sufferings when He redeemed us....and we send our thanks and love back to Him.
3) The Rounds of Sanctification where Jesus gave Luisa the writings of the Gift of Living in the Divine Will...and we send our thanks and love back to Him.

We have all heard the above phrase applied to different things at different times in our lives. Well it certainly applies to living in the Divine Will.
Living in the Divine Will is not WHAT you do…it’s the WAY that you do it. Jesus tells us through Luisa that everything we do in the Divine Will has the same value to God.
Nothing is too small to be PERFECT, INFINITE and ETERNAL in God's Divine Will.
God doesn’t expect us to succeed all the time but He does expect us to try. Practicing mortification helps us to remain focused on what is important…things of God....... not of Earth.
We don’t outwardly change. We still look the same and whilst doing everything, it appears to others that we do nothing. A great example of this is Mary herself. She still swept, drew water from the well and cooked, but in the Divine Will making her little, ordinary actions PERFECT, INFINITE and ETERNAL.
So when we pray, don’t pray finitely for individuals, pray instead.... FOR ALL and WITH ALL mankind ........making our little prayers ....PERFECT, INFINITE and ETERNAL.
Don’t worry if you don’t understand or remember details of living in the Divine Will, Jesus will do all the work, we only need to desire it. Don’t try to dissect or analyse the Divine Will....... because it isn’t possible.
Our souls are made up of Intellect, Memory and Will....so use your Intellect to have FAITH, your Memory to have HOPE and your Will to have CHARITY.
The Divine Will is like the SUN.......It is the source of all light.
The Sun as we know is the source of all daylight on earth. We can either enjoy its light and warmth or we can hide in the darkness and cold.
God gives the light and warmth of His Divine Will to all who want to stand in the light and warmth and be nourished by it.
But we can choose not to go near the fire of His love and suffer cold and darkness, just as we can stay away from a well and not drink and be refreshed.
So it is with the Divine Will. We can embrace its light and warmth and be refreshed by its spiritual waters, or we can reject it and live as we have always done.
The choice is ours
But you must know, that the Sun of the Divine Will, will always shine brightly, never diminishing, never wavering and stands always ready to be our guiding light.
The First Fiat: “Let there be Light”
Have you ever wondered ?
On the First day of Creation, God said “Fiat Lux” or “Let there be light”. But the sun was not created till the 4th day, so the light he was talking about was not the sun. Was the "light" the Gift of the Divine Will ready for man in anticipation of the creation of mankind on the 6th day ?
Jesus’s birth was described as “Light from Light ..True God from True God”. Was this the Divine Will made flesh?
We are told that Mary was engulfed in a brilliant light and an angel took the new baby and gave Him to Mary…Light from Light.
Adam and Eve before the fall were covered in a bright light. They lost this light when they sinned …only then did they realise they were naked. Was this the losing of the Gift of their living in the Divine Will ?
Living in the Divine Will is like learning to drive. It can be very daunting at first, but with knowledge and practice it can become our second nature.
The Divine Will can be likened to a child sitting on its father’s knee driving a car. The child holds the wheel, but it is actually the father controlling the car. The child says "go left or go right", and the father does it if it is safe, but only if it’s safe. The father complies with the child when he can, so the child influences the father, but the father is always in control.
If we don’t learn to totally trust in God as the driving force in our lives and give Him full abandonment, we’re actually saying to Him that we don’t fully trust Him and we think that we can look after ourselves and do better…. Like the child driving the car ????? Clearly this is not so.
So always give your human will over to God the Father and let Him drive your life.
Sometimes however, God needs to send us "accidents", and we can't see why and aren't happy about them.
So think of this and always remember that God, in His infinite goodness and love, WANTS us to be happy...he doesn't WANT us to be miserable.........
So because we now know that bad luck and coincidences don't exist, we can see that crosses that we bear in life are sent by Jesus to help guard against undue attachment to earthly things thus making Jesus number one in our trust.
If we go through hard times financially, it is not bad luck, it is Jesus sending us that cross so that we don’t become unduly attached to earthly riches.
If we become ill, it is not bad luck, it is Jesus sending us that cross so that we appreciate the gift of good health he has given us or He's asking us specially to suffer as he did for our fellow man. Our suffering may just save a soul from HELL !
And so with all the rest.
If we accept these crosses with love and abandonment to Him, we are showing how much we trust and love Him and want Him to be in control. Just as the child can't see the accident coming, sometimes neither can we, as we're so often caught up with gathering things for this life....we forget to put on the brakes !!!!!
The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) is the repair shop for our souls. The Surrender Prayer is the Owner's Manual we need to read.
And so it is when He sends us good things, we need to be very aware that they are gifts also from God and that we must thank Him.
Think deeply and you'll see past our human thinking.
Let's say you think it was YOU who got your new job.
Did you have to pay for your intelligence to be able to do the study necessary to get the job ?.....No it was a free gift.
Did you have to pay for the use of your voice to answer the employer's questions ? ....No it was a free gift.
Did you have to pay for the gift of your eyesight to read the job advertisement ? ....No it was a free gift.
And so with all the rest.
So even though YOU did the study and went to the interview.......without your:
Intelligence...Voice....Eyesight....and all the rest..........Could YOU have got your new job by YOURSELF ?

In the Scriptures Jesus, through Matthew, refers to the Kingdom of Heaven as the "Pearl of Great Price". He tells how the merchant sells all to gain the Pearl in which he sees the great value of his future and so it can be likened to the Pearl of Living in the Divine Will. If we give our human will back to God and ask Him for His Pearl of Great Price being His Will "...... as it is in Heaven", then each of the pearls below are given to us freely.
No Coincidences.......No Luck.
If we truly believe that nothing happens in Heaven or on earth without God willing it, or allowing it, then by logic, there can be no such things as coincidences or luck....if you really believe that God is the Supreme Being and all merciful, then everything is for our eternal good....even if we can't recognise it at the time.
Jesus tells us through Luisa that the Trinity feels robbed when creatures take all these gifts for granted, including all the beauty of Creation, the suffering of Redemption and the Grace of Sanctification....and don't thank Them.
The Pearl of Love and Divine Mercy
The Pearl of Abandonment and Free Gifts
The Pearl of Healing God's Loneliness
God’s Loneliness:
Without our PERFECT, INFINITE and ETERNAL love, given to Him by us living in the Divine Will, Jesus is adrift in a sea of loneliness. His Gift of Living in the Divine Will is in fact a life raft for Him...so we can end His loneliness and fill the Voids caused by Original Sin.
The Trinity has never and will never need man to be perfectly happy within themselves, just as a married couple do not need children to be happy within themselves. However as soon as a couple have children, they do need their children’s love to be happy.
Our hearts, wanting love from our children, are dependent on them and they're fully dependent on us for all that they need.
And so it is with the Trinity. The Three Persons of the Blessed Trinity chose out of love to make themselves vulnerable when they had Adam, Eve and all mankind as their children.
They, in fact, gave themselves an Achilles heel.
God now needs us, not for his existence, but for our love.
Adam’s Fall created 2 types of Voids.
1) A Void in the glory due to God from man,
2) A Void in man’s soul by loss of the Divine Will.
The Gift of the Divine Will was therefore needed to fill these 2 Voids caused by Adam’s fall.
We often lament “poor Adam and Eve…poor Us”. But really it is POOR GOD, after all by us losing the Divine Will, God has been robbed of all the PERFECT, INFINITE and ETERNAL love due to Him, for which He created us in the first place, and He has been robbed of this for many, many centuries.
Glory is still given to God by good people, but not on God’s PERFECT, INFINITE and ETERNAL level as it should be.
Only those living in the Divine Will can perfectly fill the voids and soothe God's loneliness
Living in the Divine Will heightens our appreciation and recognition of all the free gifts God sends us in our lives and makes it easier to accept the sorrows of crosses.
GREATEST PEARL GOD HAS GIVEN TO MANKIND: (Volume 18: Aug 9, 1925)
Jesus: "Yet, as if everything that was created for him were not enough to Our Love, in order to preserve this free will, We gave him the greatest gift, which surpassed all other gifts: we gave him Our Will, as preserver, as antidote, as prevenience and help for his free will. So, Our Will placed Itself at his disposal, to give him all those aids which Man might need. Our Will was given to him as Primary Life, and as the first act of all his works. Having to grow in grace and in beauty, he needed a Supreme Will, which would not only keep company with his human will, but would substitute for the operating of the creature."

Jesus told Luisa that once the soul has learned the value of suffering He puts equal "colour" (value) on pleasure as He does on suffering. EG: If we usually take sugar in our coffee, and we learn to suffer by not having sugar in the first cup each morning when we really want it and offer that bitterness to God (perhaps in memory of how He felt when He took the bitter gall on the cross), this gives God joy. So when we do add sugar to our coffee for the rest of the day, this also gives God equal joy as He himself said that: “Suffering leaves the court having done its work and now pleasure comes onto the court to do its work”. Both give equal glory and joy to God once suffering has been learned and appreciated.
