Throughout all my life I’ve prayed the Our Father, never really thinking about what it actually meant when I said……”Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven “ but now I know that it means I can possess God’s Will on earth as souls do in Heaven ……not just obey it, but actually possess it because Jesus has given it to me as a gift.….now that makes sense.
In St. John's Gospel (14:20), Jesus says "In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you".…I could understand that Jesus was in the Father, but it didn’t really make sense to me being in someone and someone being in me. Now I know he was talking about us having the same Will, since our wills are the prime mover in all that we do, it makes sense that if God and I both have the same Will, then we really are fused together….me in Him and Him in me……now that makes sense.
When Adam and Eve sinned, they lost the Divine Will that had guided their human wills and cared for them in a perfect Paradise since their creation. That was a pretty good existance, not having to work for a living, no sickness, no worries and most of all no dying. This had to be a “Godsend”. Now when they sent God away and only had their human wills left, crime (the killing of Abel by Cain) and all the other ills, work and dying started and still continue…..so it makes sense to try and get God’s Will back again to guide us, particularly if He’s offering it for free. The rest of it, well it must be remembered that we live “in exile”, so when we sin….we pay. But one day we will be back, living in the Heavenly Paradise with none other than Adam and Eve because they repented and Adam, who lived for 930 years, never committed another sin..….so reverse Adam's decision to give God's Will away, and grab the Divine Will with both hands while you're still here on earth so we can all go back to Paradise ...........now that makes sense.
If all animals were originally created tame and under the control of human beings, why do we now have wild animals, some that would kill us given half a chance? Well Adam and Eve sent the perfect, heavenly “Animal Tamer” away, so what did they think would happen?…… Adam and Eve and consequently all of us lost the protection of God’s calming Will, that which tames all of creation, all animals .... even the water He walked on. We need His calming and protective Will again….now that makes sense.
What did Jesus mean when He prayed to the Father at the last supper that “all would be one” ? Now with the Divine Will, we know how we can all be one with God and each other, when we all possess and live in His own one Divine Will….So that's what He meant ! .....now that makes sense.
God cannot make or do anything that is not perfect. Now that mankind is no longer perfect by his own doing, Jesus wanted to come down to our level and become a man to make amends for our crimes against God, but that was only half of it. He now has to remake a still imperfect mankind perfect, by giving him a perfect Will……His own, otherwise we are still not perfect as God the Father originally intended us to be.….and creation would still be flawed .......Remember that Jesus said in scripture..."Be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect ! ......now that makes sense.
If I was made, like all mankind, “in the image and likeness of God”, how come I don’t look like Jesus? And because God cannot make anything that is not perfect, how come when I do or make things they’re never perfect?.....Well the Image of God is Memory, Intellect and Will ( the attributes of the soul) and Likeness is how we use them. So if I’ve accepted God’s gift of His Divine Will then I’m going to use my Memory, Intellect and Will like He uses His Divine Will and so this is how I am made in the image and likeness of God….not by how I look or what I do, but by living in the Divine Will……now that makes sense.
Now it all make sense ! It was in the Scriptures all the time.

Have you ever thought to yourself when listening to, or reading scripture, that you don't quite understand some things, that they don't seem to make sense? Well don't be concerned as the Apostles didn't understand many things either and they had Jesus there with them. But now when you look through the eyes of the Divine Will which you now own, the very same Will that God has, because he offered it to you as a gift...and you took it, then the few thoughts below......... might just make sense now.
If we look at the scriptures, now that the knowledge of the Gift of Living in the Divine Will has lifted the veil that all mankind (except Jesus, Mary and Luisa) has been looking through since Adam and Eve, we could fill pages and pages with new enlightened insights into what was meant by Jesus and the Apostles ……So next time you read or hear something in the Scriptures you don't understand, look deeper, using the Gift Jesus has now given you....... now that makes sense.
